Method 06
Claude insight synthesis
Synthesis is where qualitative work becomes useful—or collapses into vibes. flupem’s Claude synthesis keeps every claim tied to evidence.
From transcripts to pattern cards
After Claude interviews and sponsor sessions, cluster quotes by tension—not by product feature. flupem forbids starting synthesis with your roadmap categories; that forces evidence into marketing’s favorite boxes.
Write each pattern card in the buyer’s verbs. Attach roles so readers know whether an operator or a CFO spoke. Link the card to a named item from friction patterns or a node on your contact-point map.
What Claude synthesis refuses
No invented sample sizes. No ROI projections disguised as research findings. No “87% of buyers” when you spoke with twelve people. If leadership needs numbers, run a separate quantitative study—do not launder qualitative work into false precision.
A strong insight still looks true when the original speaker reads it.
Hand-off to positioning
Only cards that survive a red-team review enter the positioning framework. Red-team questions: Would a skeptical buyer recognize this? Does observation contradict it? Are we claiming causality we did not study?
